Ten Miles??? I don't need no stinkin Ten Miles

Okay, I bailed on the ten miles I was scheduled for. I admit it. I wimped out. I got 6.5 in and called it quits. But ya gotta cut me some slack here. It was my daughters birthday. I got home right after the run, changed clothes (sans shower...ewww!), jumped in the car and drive to Novi, picked up Olive Garden breadsticks and alfrado sauce, headed to Costco and picked up Mike's, protein, milk and yogurt (forgot to pick-up peanuts...damn it). Got home about 10 minutes after Erica and Sarah got home. We ate a great birthday meal, opened the remaining presents, and went to bed (sans shower again....2 x ewwww!). Ooooof! Okay, so I didn't run my 10 miles... you got an issue with that?
