Yesterday was just a five miler. The first two were pretty slow paced. As I headed out my neighbor, Jeff was just leaving to run his dog. His son Clay was with him too. The three of us, and Lucy, jogged for two miles with occassional stops for Lucy. At the two mile mark we parted ways and I finished my run. It was real nice out, sunny and in the high 60's. Leg's felt pretty good with just a touch of soreness still lingering from the 10 rainy miles the previous day. Not bad at all.
I'm supposed to run 10 tonight, but I have an appointment to get fitted for contact lenses tonight and then I have to head to Novi to pick up a few items. The main thing is stopping at Olive Garden to pick up bread sticks and alfrado sauce. Today is Bubbles 8th birthday. And she gets what she wants today!
