Sure, there's a 1/2 ironman length triathlon I do each year called the Ryanman. But the title here refers to the man that started it. Ryan Robinson. He's the man who inspired me to take up the multi-sport lifestyle. He's the master I try to keep up with on the long rides, on the open water swims, and during the winter runs when it's -4 degrees fahrenheit. From the sounds of it you'd think he's a sadist that only lives to workout, train and compete. But that's only half of what makes him 'The Ryanman'. He's also a good friend, a doding husband and father. He's showed me that this lifestyle is NOT one's life, but just a part of it. Finding the balance is harder than any workout will ever be. And he does it. To that I look to him as an inspiration. Don't sweat the small stuff, enjoy the training and competing, if it's not fun figure out how to make it fun. Then enjoy.
Thanks Brother! You are the RyanMan!
