The Sunday 12

I had planned on running in the morning, but since I got very little sleep that evening I didn't bother. Sleep is too important. So I decided to get it done in the afternoon. The weather was perfect and I kept a pretty good pace. I worked on form and tried a could of new ways of running; some high kick back, lifting knees high, bounding off toes...mixed it up a bit. I think my legs appreciated the variety. No particular way of running changed my time, but I felt a lot better at the end of the run than I did Saturday. Gawd I felt miserable after that 17. Today though, much better.
